She is the founding owner, Group’s CEO, and Lead Consultant at Vantage Communications Groups, a regional outfit established in 1999 with responsibilities for the business development strategy and quality assurance. Her 20 years in the private sector has been a perpetual learning growth. It has tested, refined and sometimes made her question her sanity in the rollercoaster life of a woman entrepreneur.
